As much as we would like to make your purchase experience a smooth and satisfactory one, the watches we sell are very limited in stock and expensive. Hence we accept returns only in exceptional cases. If the watch you receive is not in working condition or has a major defect, please contact us immediately (within 7 days) with an email to support@swisstekwatches.com . Let us know the reason why you wish to return the watch. Subject to the reason you provide and at our discretion, we will send you a Return Authorization. However, we reserve the rights to accept or deny the return request.
Given the return authorization you can return, the watch
- Must be in new, unworn condition
- Original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included
- Our Timepieces are Limited Edition and have individual serial numbers. The Serial number must match our records to accept the return.
- Warranty cards must be left blank
- Gift items must be returned if the purchase is returned
Return Authorization
- Contact customer service (support@swisstekwatches.com) to obtain a return authorization number within 7 days of receiving the watch.
- Ship the watch use a traceable carrier, such as USPS, FedEx or UPS, and insure the package for value paid.
- Include the return authorization number on the package
Refunds
- Refunds may be subject to restocking fees
- Shipping charges may be deducted from the refund
- Refunds may be applied to the original form of payment
